• Adding the drip lines from the work of Léo Neufcourt et al. PhysRevC.101.044307
• Update NuDat JSON parsing to handle new schema (numeric values, asymmetric uncertainties, ground-state selection)

• Adding a ROOT macro file to add globa macros accessible from tkn-root
  • adding the DrawLogoAndCredit macro to plot the TkN logo on a ROOT Canvas

Examples

• adding the example nuclear_chart.C to give an example of using TkN to plot nice nuclear charts (including magic numbers, stable nuclei... etc)
