TkN: Version 2.7.1 (in development)

TkN 2.7.1 uses existing 2.7 databases; no data update is required.

• Add TKN_USE_SYSTEM_SQLITE=ON for applications embedding TkN alongside ROOT/KaliVeda. Using the same shared SQLite library avoids loading a second engine; the bundled backend remains the default. See Download and Install.
• tkn-create now reports failure if the database cannot be opened.
